Welcome to Just Ride. By accessing or using our online store, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Orders and Customization
All orders for custom apparel and gifts are subject to approval. Design proofs will be provided for customer review and must be approved before production begins. Please ensure all artwork, logos, and text are correct before approving.

2. Payment Terms
Full payment is required before production begins on orders under R1500. For orders over R1500, a 50% deposit is required to initiate production, with the balance due upon completion. Payments can be made via credit card, EFT, or any other methods listed at checkout.

3. Production and Delivery Time
Standard production time is 5-7 working days from the date of approval. Delivery times vary based on location and shipping method selected. Delays due to customer proofing may extend the completion date.

4. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location. We are not responsible for any delays caused by the shipping carrier.

5. Returns and Exchanges
Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product is defective or incorrectly produced. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item.

6. Product Availability
All products are subject to availability. In the event that a product is unavailable or discontinued, we reserve the right to offer a similar product as a replacement. You will be notified of any changes before your order is processed.

7. Intellectual Property
All designs, logos, and artwork provided by customers must be owned by the customer or have the appropriate rights for reproduction. We are not responsible for any copyright or trademark violations related to custom designs.

8. Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more details on how we collect, use, and protect your data.

9. Cancellation Policy
Once an order is placed and approved, it cannot be cancelled. If you wish to make changes to your order, please contact us immediately. Any changes made after production has begun may incur additional charges.

10. Liability
We strive to ensure accuracy and quality in all our products. However, we are not responsible for errors due to customer-supplied artwork, incorrect specifications, or delays caused by proofing.

11. Governing Law
The laws of South Africa govern these terms and conditions, and any disputes will be handled in accordance with the applicable laws.
